POSITION DESCRIPTION
Title: Counter Service Assistance - Asau
Position Overview
The Counter Service Assistant is responsible to the Team Leader of Retail for selling and marketing company products and services as well as agency services to its customers.
Qualification and Experience
- NUS Foundation Certificate in Commerce or related field with experience in Retail Services and Marketing;
- Must be able to speak and write fluently in both English and Samoan;
- Should be computer literate in Microsoft Office and Web Based Systems;
- Possess experience and skills in customer services, confidence to deal with customers and deliver presentations in both languages;
- Proven confidence in handling customer’s queries with understanding and patience;
- Must be an honest and a reliable individual and can work with minimum supervision; and
- Must be a sincere individual with excellent ability to absorb training, operational changes and additional responsibilities required from time to time.

- Signed application letter;
- Certified copies of Qualifications and Exam Results;
- Signed References of not more than 6 months;
- Police report of not more than 6 months; and
- Medical report of not more than 6 months.
